GABRIEL
A small aircraft designed and built by an Italian company that has made the hard choice to focus on modernity as much as on safety and looks. This spectacular aircraft is the result of passion.
The Gabriél (BK160-TR) is the first trainer aircraft of our time designed for general aviation, piston engine, single propeller. Because we all know too much about the Cessnas 150/152, PA-28 and Robin DR-400 in our flight schools. These are/were great airplanes, but they are between 50 to 60 years old in their design and conception.
In addition, the Gabriél's unique tandem seat configuration and incredibly aerodynamic design makes it look like a military turboprop trainer... Which it isn't! With a modest 160 HP engine (Lycoming IO-360), the Gabriél has exactly all the power it needs tofly beautifully at up to 160 knots.
We haven't talked about the incredible and unobstructed visibility offered by its canopy, or the practicality of the modern Garmin suite of avionics.
One thing is for sure, when this comes to Microsoft Flight Simulator, your usual General Aviation flights will take on a whole new dimension.
